Walkathon
Walkathon was conducted in association with Swasthyam Hospital on National Vascular Day to spread awareness about vascular disease their early detection and prevention for amputation free India. This is held by Vascular Society of India across India in 27 cities. As of now, still this is very little awareness about vascular health even in medical fraternity, leave that among common public. So, role of organizations like rotary becomes very vital in spreading awareness for vascular diseases by helping in conducting talks on this topic, organizing health checkup camps promoting events like Walkathon.
