Tree plantation at Arya Unch Kanya Vidyalaya
Considering the age group and preferences of school kids, our Environment Director Rtn Jatinderpalsingh Wahan came up with different plans for this years plantation activity. Today, we successfully planted various flowering plants such as Roses, Mogra, Jaswant, Sonchafa, Spider Lily, Daisy, Champa, Exora, and Alamanda. Additionally, we included creepers like Bougainvillea, Ranjhai, Krishna Kamal, Madhumalti, and Aparajitha.
All the kids participated with great enthusiasm in the plantation process and even named the plants after themselves. Taking care of the plants has been included in their regular curriculum, so they will be responsible for nurturing their own plants. The kids had a wonderful time during the plantation activity.
