Cyclothon Rally
The Cyclothon Rally for Wildlife Preservation and Awareness in Maharashtra, held on October 1, 2023, was a compelling event to champion the cause of wildlife conservation. Starting from Van Vibhag Civil Lines and concluding at Van Bhavan, the rally featured 200 dedicated cyclists. To create a strong public image, participants were equipped with specially designed T-shirts, headbands, juice, water bottles, and cycle flags. The event commenced at 6 a.m. with a flag-off by DG Asha Venugopal, AG Raghuvirsingh Bhonsle, and other forest officials, amplifying the urgency of wildlife preservation. This rally not only promoted fitness but also resonated as a powerful call to action for safeguarding Maharashtras rich biodiversity.
