Bicycle distribution under the district project Udaan
Free bicycles were distributed to school going children under the project Udaan". 50% of the cost borne by District 3030. Under the project we distributed 75 bicycles to the students of Smita Patil School, Mahadula, Koradi. The purpose of the project is to save the traveling time and the physical exertion of the students who used to come to school by walking. Due to this project we were able to save the time of probably 150 hours per day. This saved time, it is expected the students should use for their studies. The students and children are pleased with this gesture by Rotary.
